WELCOME BACK!
After an excellent summer and a (fingers crossed) smoke-free August, your cross country coaches are even more excited than usual to get everyone back together and to kick off the fall 2019 cross-country season.
We'll start simple with the practice schedule for week #1, but stay tuned for additional info about a team potluck in the first week of school, the revival of our HWY 20 volunteer cleanup, and a (HS only) pre-race campout for the NIKE Hole in the Wall competition. It's all spelled out in the schedule on the blog, and the handouts you'll receive on Monday, but we will also be having several Saturday practices in lieu of HS races throughout the season. Mark them on your calendar sooner than later and we can't wait to get the season started on Monday. See you soon.

JR HIGH
For Junior High the plan is essentially the same but with no morning option. This group will have different (less) work to do -- and the last part of their practices will incorporate some of the strength and focus on form that HS runners will be doing at morning workouts.
