Hi all,
First and foremost, if you are hoping to attend a summer high school running practice, we are meeting twice per week from June 14-July 30th. With summer jobs and travel and transportation concerns and whatnot, it just hasn't seemed doable to meet more often. If interest is there, however, please do let us know. The general schedule will be as follows:
TUES: 8-9:15am meeting on alternate weeks @ Winthrop (The Barn) or Twisp (The Pool) parks.
SAT: 8-9:15am (or a little later) in various locations TBD each week for interest and variety :)
I will post some additional summer training recommendations and thoughts in the "Summer Running 2022" tab located above. I will ramble on a bit more in occasional posts to that page, but if you are curious about stretches, simple strength routines, smart strategies to up your mileage, or fun trail runs, that will be your place to go.

If you can find the race footage on youTube, his push over the final mile is impressive, and you also have to appreciate his relatively humble but pretty smart and confident assessment of both his training and his performance.
