Official summer practices start June 18th!
Summer is a great time to do any number of awesome active and essential things, but it's also a great time to establish those basic routines that will set the stage for September. Hike, swim, bike, roller ski, fish, garden, nap etc. but running even 2-3 days a week will help to make your XC season as enjoyable as it can be :)
In the last few years our team has grown to accommodate a wide variety of HS and JRH runners of all experience levels. For summer training we offer 3 coaches practices per week for HS and 2 days per week for junior high. Please click on the tabs above to see some suggested workouts when you aren't able to join us. The times and locations for our weekly meetings will get updates there each week as well.
