The workouts are updated in the page tabs above, and on the right sidebar you can see our Athletic.net race calendars for both High School and Junior High. Both schedules are
still a work in progress but they are getting close. New for HS this year will be the NIKE Hole in the Wall race on the weekend after Twilight. Because of a late State meet, the shift in meet schedules means that Twilight and Leavenworth are on the same weekend. There will also be two open weekends with an expected Saturday practice but no lengthy travel to a meet. Still plenty of racing, but we can get in a few more quality workouts
and get a little more sleep :)
