Next Saturday, June 18th there is a terrific high quality high school track meet to watch at Renton Memorial Stadium. Last year Drake Dornfeld and I took 5 or 6 kids over and it was excellent - some fantastic races, a fun atmosphere, and free t-shirts if you arrive early enough!
Keeley and I will be going again, but due to other work I will already be in Seattle - and thusly cannot drive. However, if you are interested in attending I still have 5 complimentary tickets left, so please give a call at 996-4345.
Follow the link below for more information about times, events etc.. Its short but sweet (1:30-4pm) and a pretty long way to go, but it was pretty cool to see some of the best high school track runners in the country running one of their best meets of the year!
