Congrats to the Liberty Bell High School Cutthroat racers (present and former teammates) who had some fun and flashed some speed in the hills this past weekend. Fine running all around!

The SAT and your XC running schedule: A public service announcement!

Just a quick scheduling announcement for those seniors (and perhaps a handful of juniors) that might be taking the SAT this fall. There are basically 3 test dates to keep in mind, and the October 1st, edition is the only one offered at Liberty Bell High School. In that case, you would miss our Twilight XC Invitational in Marysville -- which totally takes second fiddle if you need your SAT -- but please let us know if you are taking the test on this date.

If your application schedule allows, there are also testing options in Brewster, Manson, Chelan, Omak, and Wenatchee on December 3rd. You can check out the full schedule of testing times and locations (plus registration information!) at the SAT's COLLEGE BOARD website.

PS There are testing options as well on November 5th, but that date conflicts with State XC. Additional dates to be found on the College Board site as well... and then some of you might be interested in the ACT which is not a big deal for XC but necessitates more planning for winter and spring.
